• In depth understanding of supporting applications hosted in the AWS Cloud
• Windows and Linux O/S proficiency
• Broad knowledge of software development and software testing methodologies along with change and configuration management practices
• Knowledge of container orchestration tools (Kubernetes)
• Experience with automated deployment, continuous integration, and release engineering tools (e.g., Jenkins, ADO)
• Technical expertise and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with source control tools such as GIT, TFS and SVN
• They need a high level of experience in troubleshooting issues; network connectivity, website configuration and UAC in particular.
• They need a good understanding of infrastructure Security and would need to review work requests and ensure that everything is following best-practice standards.
• They require AWS experience, checking EC2 security groups and route tables and ELB configuration.
• They should have some experience with automated deployments, ideally Ansible.
• Knowledge of scripting: Shell scripting, Powershell, SQL.
