Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver the annual sales plan for the US region.

Drive directsales of Envecon’s products, solutions, and related services.

Expand presence in existing enterprise accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and retention strategies.

Identify and close new logo opportunities in the US market.

Build and manage a robust 10x pipeline to ensure consistent funnel health.

Develop and execute go-to-market and marketing strategies for the region.

Align Envecon’s internal ecosystem with customer business priorities.

Leverage and expand the partner/alliance network to unlock new growth.

Key Requirements

10+ years of proven experience in Enterprise Software Solution Sales.

Strong domain knowledge of Supply Chain, Transport & Logistics, Ports & Terminals.

Prior sales experience into the US market is essential.

Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to translate complex technicalsolutions into clear business value.

Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills.

Willingness to travel internationally as per business needs
