We are seeking an experienced SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM)/Training Lead to support our SAP implementation rollout. This is an initial part-time contract role (6 months) with the potential to ramp up as the project progresses. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in driving organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and end-user adoption across global SAP transformation initiatives.
Lead the change management and training strategy for SAP rollout projects.
Develop and implement OCM plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
Conduct training needs analysis and design role-based training programs aligned with SAP modules.
Create, curate, and manage training materials, job aids, and e-learning content.
Coordinate with functional leads and business SMEs to ensure seamless knowledge transfer.
Manage change impact assessments and develop mitigation plans.
Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions and oversee the global training rollout.
Measure adoption readiness and monitor post-go-live user adoption and feedback.
Partner with PMO and HR to align change initiatives with broader business transformation goals.
12–20 years of professional experience with at least 8 years in SAP OCM and training leadership roles.
Proven success managing end-to-end change and training programs for large-scale SAP rollouts (S/4HANA preferred).
Strong understanding of SAP functional areas and integration points.
Expertise in organizational communication, stakeholder management, and user adoption methodologies.
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional global environment.
Experience with digital adoption tools (e.g., Enable Now, WalkMe, uPerform) is a plus.
