We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Manager with 12–20 years of experience to lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle of SAP projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP modules, testing methodologies, and quality management processes. This role requires hands-on experience in defining test strategies, managing test teams, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality SAP solutions.
Lead and manage the overall SAP testing strategy and execution across modules.
Define and implement test plans, test scripts, and test data for SAP applications.
Coordinate with project managers, functional consultants, and development teams to ensure testing aligns with business requirements.
Ensure proper defect management, including defect logging, triage, tracking, and closure.
Oversee different testing phases—Unit, Integration, System, Regression, and UAT.
Develop automated testing frameworks and drive efficiency through test automation tools.
Ensure adherence to testing standards, documentation, and quality benchmarks.
Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular test status reports.
Identify risks and issues, ensuring timely mitigation and escalation when necessary.
Mentor and guide the testing team in SAP QA methodologies and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
12–20 years of total IT experience with at least 6–8 years in SAP testing and QA leadership roles.
Proven experience managing end-to-end testing in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, or other SAP landscapes.
Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, and BW.
Expertise in test management tools like HP ALM, Solution Manager, JIRA, or Tricentis Tosca.
Experience in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., UFT, Selenium, CBTA).
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
Certification in SAP or ISTQB (preferred).
