SAP SD Functional Consultant

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Functional Consultant to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Sales and Distribution (SD) modules of SAP, with a strong understanding of business processes related to order management, pricing, billing, and integration with other SAP modules such as MM and FI. You will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, designing functional solutions, and ensuring smooth implementation and support.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document business requirements for SAP SD processes.

  • Configure and customize SAP SD modules including Sales Orders, Billing, Pricing, Delivery, and Credit Management.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, PP, etc.) to design end-to-end solutions.

  • Manage integration points between SD and other modules.

  • Support end-user testing, training, and post-implementation support.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve SD-related issues efficiently.

  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and rollout projects.

  • Prepare detailed functional specifications for ABAP developments.


Requirements

  • 12–20 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant.

  • Proven experience in at least 2–3 full-cycle SAP implementations.

  • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.

  • Good knowledge of pricing configuration, tax determination, and rebate processing.

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred.

  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
